We pioneered gluten free baking at our bake house in Booysens, Johannesburg (the largest of its kind in the country), and remain dedicated to the creation of an ever-growing number of gluten free products. We bake daily and we make our products slowly and carefully to maximize flavour and texture.
Today Fresh Earth Bake House is the only independent Gluten Free factory in South Africa that is ISO 22000 FSSC compliant and we are a key supplier to South Africa’s biggest retailers of a wide range of gluten free products that include breads, rusks, muffins, granolas, pizza bases, wraps, cookies and more.
